Blazen T'morrow Morn

Hi. This is my first blog entry ever... who knows why, but I want to go traveling by horse across this country. I have travelled many places where I find a horse to ride, but now is somehow the time to go nomadic , it is all coming together too. I have never owned a horse, although I learned to ride when I was little. I somehow got a job taking care of some horses when I was 12, which included a mother and daughter horse, appaloosas. Misty Morn and Blazen T'morrow Morn. Blazen was only 1
1/2 when I first started 'working' at the barn. (Work was mostly riding the horses, grooming, sometimes feeding, but mostly taking them out for a ride). These horses belonged to the Catholic priest in town who only went riding about 4 times a year. He was also the dj for our middle school dances. weird? Anyway, Blazen was practically my horse, and eventually I was trained to train her . I was the first to sit on her back. Soon I was taking her out of the pasture , galloping up the hill while riding backwards, no saddle or bridle just to see if I could do it and still steer her back to the barn, this of course, when nobody was around... so this is where I will start. I have alot to figure out about blogging here...more later.byeeeeeeee

Hey, what about me? Not even a mention that "me and my friend Katy got a job taking care of some horses?"
Glad to see you're doing well and are the free spirit I always thought you'd be.

Ok, I will make an addendum now- Me and my friend Katy got a job taking care of some horses. Katy would ride Misty, the mom Appaloosa, and I would ride Blazen, the daughter of Misty Morn. I would put up some pictures, but I don't have a scanner...besides being pre digital camera era, it was the dark ages of computers in general. But I do have photos, I will put that on my list of things to do ... We had a lot of fun. Where are you now Katy? I am taking off in the spring, get a horse or borrow one and come out for a week?  I need to update this blog, plans are morphing and happening fast....
